Windsor AdamsInstructor of LawB.A., cum laude, Dartmouth College (2000) J.D., with honors, Emory University School of Law (2006) Windsor Adams teaches in the Research, Writing and Advocacy program. She graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a degree in History in 2000. She attended Emory University School of Law where she was the recipient of the Erle Phillips and Henry L. Bowden Scholarships and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Professor Adams was active in the Legal Association for Women Students and served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review. She also worked as a legal extern for the Hon. Julie E. Carnes of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Upon graduation from law school, Professor Adams served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Orinda D. Evans of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Following her clerkship, Professor Adams practiced labor and employment law with the law firm of Paul Hastings LLP, where she litigated employment discrimination and wage and hour cases and counseled Fortune 500 companies on employment-related matters. Professor Adams joined the law school faculty in 2012. |
