Kelly Cahill TimmonsAssociate Dean for Student Affairs and Associate Professor of LawKelly Cahill Timmons graduated first in her class from the Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she served as Notes Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and received a full scholarship as a John W. Wade Scholar. Following law school, Professor Timmons clerked for the Honorable David A. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She then practiced employment law with the law firm of Frost & Jacobs (now Frost Brown Todd) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since joining the faculty of the Georgia State University College of Law, Professor Timmons has taught Torts, Constitutional Tort Litigation, and Employment Law. Her scholarly interests lie in the area of employment discrimination. Her article, Sexual Harassment and Disparate Impact: Should Non-Targeted Workplace Sexual Conduct Be Actionable Under Title VII?, was published recently in the Nebraska Law Review. Her article, Accommodating Misconduct under the Americans with Disabilities Act, is forthcoming in the Florida Law Review. |
