Paul S. Milich

Professor of Law and Director of the Litigation Program

Paul Milich teaches Evidence, Advanced Evidence, Contracts, Litigation, and Legal History. Professor Milich joined the faculty in 1983 after practicing with the Reed, McClure firm in Seattle where he was a trial lawyer. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in 1974, did graduate work in philosophy at the University of Colorado, and earned a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1980.

Professor Milich is the author of three books, Georgia Rules of Evidence, Courtroom Handbook on Georgia Evidence, and Trial Practice: Exercises in Witness Examination and the Rules of Evidence, all published by West Publishing. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing education programs for judges and lawyers.
