Paul S. Milich

Professor of Law

Paul Milich teaches Evidence, Advanced Evidence, Litigation, Contracts and Legal History. Professor Milich joined the faculty in 1983 after practicing with Reed, McClure in Seattle where he was a trial lawyer. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in 1974, did graduate work in philosophy at the University of Colorado, and earned a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1980.

Professor Milich was Reporter for the State Bar of Georgia's Evidence Study
Committee which successfully urged the adoption of new rules of evidence in Georgia. He is the author of three books, Georgia Rules of Evidence (3rd ed.), Courtroom Handbook on Georgia Evidence and Trial Practice: Exercises in Witness Examination and the Rules of Evidence, each published by West.

He is the director of the Litigation Program at the College, and has been a frequent lecturer at continuing education programs for judges and lawyers in Georgia and around the country.
