Terrance Manion joined the College of Law Library in 1998 as the Electronic Services Librarian, was made the Head of Electronic Services in 2004, and now serves as Director of Information Technology.

Manion teaches Legal Bibliography. He also provides legal reference services and trains members of the law school community and university system on legal research and resources.

Manion is an active member in the American Association of Law Libraries (national, southeastern and Atlanta chapters), Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction, and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and American Bar Association.
