Kendall Lynn KerewInstructor of Law and Co-Director of the Externship ProgramB.A., Emory University (1995) (Phi Beta Kappa) Kendall Kerew graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1998, where she served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law, Research Assistant to Professor Donald J. Hall, and Executive Director of the Legal Aid Society. During law school, Professor Kerew received both the Junius L. Allison Legal Aid Award and the Posner Foundation Pro Bono Student Award. Upon graduation, Professor Kerew practiced employment law with the law firm King & Spalding, where she served as an Associate from 1998-2000. From 2000-2005, Professor Kerew served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Georgia Attorney General’s Office practicing in the areas of education, election, local government, and employment law. Professor Kerew is co-author of the article, Price Waterhouse: Alive and Well Under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, which was published in the Mercer Law Review. |
