James Kenneth Jenkins

Adjunct/Visiting Faculty

A partner in the Atlanta law firm of Maloy & Jenkins, Jim graduated from Dartmouth College and the University of Michigan Law School. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgia State University Law School, a Fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, a Master in the Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court, and has been on the faculty of the National Criminal Defense College since 1985. While specializing in white collar defense and appellate practice, his practice has included pro bono death penalty work since 1978, and an Innocence Project case which resulted in the release of Calvin Johnson after serving 16 years for a wrongful rape conviction in Georgia.
