Lin Inlow is the Director of Conflict Resolution Education and Training at the Consortium on Negotiation an Conflict Resolution (CNCR), Georgia State University’s College of Law. In her role as Director with CNCR, she manages the System-wide Mediation Program which serves the 34 institutions within the University System of Georgia; coordinates CNCR’s outreach activities in both the public and private sector as well as international projects in South Africa; and directs and teaches at CNCR’s Summer Institute on Conflict Management in Higher Education.

Prior to joining CNCR Lin was the University Ombudsperson at Georgia State University for five years. During her previous work at Georgia State University, Lin was a Human Resources Director responsible for Organizational and Employee Development. As a licensed professional counselor, she also administered the Georgia State Employee Assistance Program for eight years. She has served two terms as President of the Georgia Employee Assistance Professional Association and as an interim Chair of International EAPs in Higher Education. As an organizational development consultant in the areas management and leadership, Lin facilitated leadership development for North Fulton Leadership and teaches leadership skills to international Humphrey Fellows at Emory University School of Public Health.

As an experienced mediator and program administrator, Lin has mediated disputes; designed conflict management systems; written mediation training manuals; trained over 300 mediators; developed mentoring programs for mediators; evaluated mediation programs; and conducted organizational assessments. She has been a member of The Carter Center facilitation team working in The Netherlands with the Sudan Peace Initiative. Lin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Association of University Administrators.
