Mark Goldfeder

Mark Goldfeder received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was awarded the Chuna David and Rose Estreicher Memorial Prize for his work in Jewish Law. He received his L.L.M. from Emory University, where he was awarded the Herman Dooyeweerd Prize for Excellence in Law and Religion. A Wexner Graduate Fellow and a Davis Polk and Wardwell Fellow for Pro Bono Family Law, he has worked in both the public and private sectors in the areas of corporate law, family law, alternative dispute resolution, and white-collar criminal fraud. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Law and Religion at Emory University, and author of multiple articles on various aspects of law, religion, and their relationship to one another.
