Albert Abraham Chapar

Adjunct/Visiting Faculty

Albert A. Chapar, Jr. founded the The Chapar Firm in 1992.

"The Firm concentrates its practice in civil matters, with an emphasis in commercial law. We think that providing good advice is the most important thing that we do.

"We remain prepared to resolve disputes - amicably if we can, through other means if we must. The Firm's litigation practice has handled matters in all state and federal courts in Georgia, including the most complex of cases that addressed matters of "first impression."

"The Firm's transactional practice serves clients who wish to begin new businesses, draft and evaluate contracts and other legal documents, address employee matters, protect intellectual property and handle other legal issues of importance to business men and women.

"The Firm values the client relationship. We return our clients' telephone calls promptly, explain legal issues plainly and bill fairly for our services.

"The Firm represents large corporations and other businesses, Government entities, and smaller businesses and individuals.
