Amy K. WaggonerAdjunct FacultyAmy Waggoner is a founding partner of Waggoner Hastings LLC, an Alpharetta, Georgia, law firm providing family law and divorce-related services throughout the metro Atlanta region. As an attorney, Amy assists her clients with matters such as divorce, domestic partnership agreements and dissolutions, child custody and support issues, paternity and legitimization cases, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Amy holds an AV-preeminent rating and is certified in the practice of collaborative law. She teaches Collaborative Divorce at Georgia State University College of Law and is a founding member of the Atlanta Collaborative Divorce Alliance. She regularly lectures on collaborative practice at continuing education events around the country. Amy also serves as a guardian ad litem. |
