Class Gift Campaign

Each year, the graduating class commemorates its commencement by giving back to Georgia State Law through the Class Gift Campaign, seeking to secure 100 percent participation. Every contribution is counted, regardless of size.

Funds raised from the campaign provide immediate financial support through a scholarship for a deserving student in the following year’s entering class. In addition, the college puts part of each year’s gift toward an endowment that grows over time, with the goal of financing multiple scholarships each year.

Donors receive:

  • recognition in the official hooding ceremony program (if the gift is received by the May 1 deadline)
  • recognition in the college’s annual fund report
  • recognition on the class plaque
  • the satisfaction of helping provide an affordable legal education to a future alumnus, colleague or friend

Graduating students may contribute online for one-time or recurring gifts. If you are interested in setting up a three-year, $300 pledge, download the 2014 Class Gift Contribution Form and submit it to Ely Abbott, director of development, with your first payment.
