The Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (CNCR) is an inter-institutional, interdisciplinary program supporting theory building and practice in collaborative problem solving in the face of complexity and change. Started in 1987 under a grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, CNCR is supported by the University System of Georgia and based in the College of Law at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
