A block of rooms is being held until Tuesday, September 1 for conference attendees at The Ritz-Carlton, Downtown Atlanta at the special conference reduced rate of $129.00 per night plus applicable sales tax.

Reservations:

Use group code BYBBYBA when booking a room to receive the reduced conference room rate. Hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee. Please secure your accommodations by Tuesday, September 1.

Travel

Air

Hartsfield-Jackson International Atlanta Airport (airport code ATL) is located less than 30 minutes from the conference hotel and venue.

Public Transit

The MARTA rail transit system serves the Atlanta area. Conferenceattendees can travel between the airport, hotel, and conference on MARTA.

Stations include:

• Airport Station:  On North-South Rail Line:  Located in the Atlanta Airport next to baggage claim
• Peachtree Center Station:  On North-South Rail Line:  Less than a block from The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta

• Georgia State Station:  On East-West Rail Line:  From the Peachtree Center Station adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, ride the North-South train one stop South to the Five Points Station.  Change to the East-West train and ride one stop East to the Georgia State Station.  Walk North on Piedmont Avenue two blocks to the Georgia State University Student Center located at the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and Gilmer Street.

Continuing Education

Conference has been approved for 5.8 continuing legal education credit hours in Georgia. This includes 1 ethics hour. Please bring $50 cash or check made payable to Georgia State University if you wish to apply for Georgia continuing legal education credit. Certificates of Attendance will be provided on-site at the conference to attendees who wish to apply for continuing education credit in other states and in other disciplines.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel their conference registration and receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $30 administrative fee, if cancellation is received by September 1, 2009. Registration cancellations received after September 1 will not be refunded, but the registration may be transferred to another attendee if notice of the transfer is received in writing by September 22, 2009.
