2007 SIPJF - A Great Success!

 

Now in its 4th year, the Southeastern Intellectual Property Job Fair (SIPJF) continually attracts the best and the brightest law students from across the Southeast who are specifically interested in IP.

 

Over 300 hundred students from 41 schools across the southeast registered to participate in 2007's fair.

 

Of the 28 employers participating last year, 82% offered call-back interviews to students and 71% offered jobs.

 

It's no secret why distinguished IP employers from across the nation include SIPJF in their recruitment strategy:

 

• 88% of participating schools had students who received onsite interviews
• 65% of students submitting resumes received onsite interviews
• 79% of students accepted onsite interviews
• 61% of students receiving call backs were offered jobs
• 65% of students receiving job offers accepted them
