Recruitment Programs

The CSO sponsors a Fall Recruiting Program that includes On-Campus Interviewing (OCI), Resume Forwarding (RF) and Direct Contact initiatives. Our Early Interview Week On-Campus Interviewing normally occurs in August, followed by the CSO Fall Traditional Recruiting Program, which begins right after Labor day in early September and continues through October.

This school year's dates:

Early Interview Week: August 11th through August 15th, 2008

Traditional Fall Recruiting: September 8th through October 10th, 2008

CSO Spring Recruiting: February 16th through March 20th, 2008

Fall Hiring Employers:

  • Large Firms with 50 or more Attorneys
  • Medium Firms with 26 to 50 Attorneys
  • Small Firms on a limited basis
  • Large Government Agencies (some)
  • Fellowships & Honors Programs

In addition, the CSO sponsors a Spring Recruiting Program that also includes On-Campus Interviewing, Resume Forwarding and Direct Contact initiatives. Our Spring On-Campus Interviewing normally occurs in February and continues through March.

Spring Hiring Employers:

  • Medium Firms with 26 to 50 Attorneys
  • Small Firms with up to 25 Attorneys
  • Business and Industry
  • Federal, State, and Local Government
  • Public Interests Organizations
  • Judiciary
  • Fellowship & Honors Programs
