Symplicity provides the online software program used for the recruitment process. The site requires a user ID and PASSWORD for access (provided to you by the CSO). The system is very easy to use! You will upload your resume in Word or WordPerfect format and make your selections online. The software program will notify you whether or not you are granted an interview with a specific employer, and you will choose your interview time using the program. No part of the the program is run on a lottery system. All interview selections come directly from the employers!
