Thursday, Feb. 11

10  a.m.—4:30 p.m.  in the  Student Center East
44 Courtland Ave.

This conference seeks to be the most comprehensive symposium on Supreme Court transparency to date. Nationally known reporters, prominent judges, and legal academics who focus on the Court will discuss a variety of issues including cameras at the Supreme Court, the need for clearer recusal practices, the lack of a binding ethics code on the Justices, the absence of any rules relating to the Justices’ official taxpayer funded papers, and the mysterious and anonymous writ of certiorari.
