The Black Law Students Association (“BLSA”) at Georgia State University College of Law strives to articulate and promote the professional needs and goals of Black Law Students while seeking to influence the legal community to bring about meaningful change to meet the needs of the Black community.  We effectuate these goals by bringing our membership into contact with practicing attorneys in nearly every legal practice area, which provides excellent networking opportunities for Black law students.  BLSA also sponsors informative forums, which address current issues in legal practice and general issues that affect the community at large.
