Note: We will be using the new (5th) edition of the Farber, Eskridge, Frickey & Schacter textbook, which I anticipate will be available soon. In the interim, I have posted PDFs (from the publisher) of the first two assignments on TWEN.

Course Description

Constitutional Law II: Individual Liberties. Prerequisite: Law 6000. An examination of substantive due process, procedural due process, equal protection, state action and selected aspects of the Bill of Rights.
