New Building Planning

After a six month hiatus to allow university administration to make some important decisions, the entire Working Group (architects, Regents, GSFIC, GSU, PM, GM, and COL reps) met on Feb. 3, 2012, to re-group and reschedule. The first order of business is to finalize the concept design by deciding between the three stacking concepts presented in July, 2011. Although it reviewed the concepts in July, the full COL Building Committee reconvened on Feb. 7 to provide any additional feedback. The attached memo was sent by Chair, Doug Yarn, to the Committee members in preparation for that meeting. The memo provides a good overview of the choices to be made at this stage of the design process.
