Health Law: Finance & Delivery

Health Law: Financing and Delivery. Formerly Health Law: Regulation. This course examines laws affecting the delivery and financing of health care. Emphasis is placed on federal and state regulation of the health care industry. Topics include access to health care, corporate law and antitrust regulation of health care providers and payers, and criminal and civil enforcement actions for fraud and abuse in government health care programs.
