Course Description

Students will learn about the fundamentals of legal practice through observing the work of a solo or small firm practitioner, simulating the case management activities of a small firm, and engaging in real-life client representation. The course grade will be based on written work, performance in simulated law practice, and effective representation of actual clients. Enrollment limited to 16.
