Course Description

Mediation: Law and Practice. Recommended: Law 7060. This course provides an in-depth exposure to the mediation process by focusing on both theory and skills. In addition to learning the theoretical and legal framework supporting institutionalized mediation, students will learn how to mediate and how to represent parties in mediations.
