Advanced Real Estate Transactions. Prerequisite: Law 7435. This second-level elective in real estate integrates material from taxation, property law, and other related subjects in the context of major development projects. Typical large commercial developments such as shopping centers or office complexes are studied from acquisition, through construction to final financing arrangements.
