Course Description

Torts II. A comprehensive, two-semester course that considers the legal principles underlying the law of civil obligations. This semester we complete our study of negligence liability. The basic theories and policies underlying tort law are then applied to actions in products liability, nuisance, defamation, misrepresentation, and invasion of privacy.
