Advanced Legal Writing

Advanced Legal Writing. Prerequisite: all first-year full-time courses. In this course, students build on the skills developed in Research, Writing and Advocacy I and II (Law 5070 and Law 5071), performing research and preparing a number of legal documents, both objective and persuasive. Particular emphasis on logical organization, clarity of expression, and overall effectiveness of written communication to achieve the writer's goal.
