Preview:After program verification, the Design team was required to provide three concept designs. Concept design focuses primarily on the possible arrangements of programs in the building given the limitations of the site. This is sometimes called "blocking and stacking." Program Verification

Updated: February 10, 2012, 8:39 pm | File As a preliminary matter, we began the design phase of the building project by verifying the 2010 Detailed Facilities Program. Based on recommendations from the Design Team, we made some minors adjustments to program space allocations and completed the verification process. Attached is a copy of the 2011 Program Verification Report as approved by the University and the Board of Regents.

Intro to Design Phase - update memo to COL Community

The Board of Regents hired the Desgin Team of Stevens & Wilkinson and the Smith Group to design the building. Attached is a memo to faculty dated May 10, 2011, providing an update and explanation to the faculty on the design phase of the project.
