• 1997 Rethinking Equality Conference. In 1997 Washington University in St. Louis hosted a conference bringing together social scientists, legal scholars and government officials from the U.S., India and South Africa to look at the issue of affirmative action from new perspectives.  This is a very extensive web site containing transcripts of the conference and many of the papers presented at the conference.
