PROJECT TO IMPROVE LAWYER-CLIENT COMMUNICATION

1. The goal of this project is to help the lawyers in this office learn how to communicate well with our clients and to provide you the best representation we can.

2. At the end of the interview you will get a one page questionnaire to fill out privately. (Someone on our staff is available to explain the form to you and read you the questions if you request.) You will place the questionnaire in an envelope and seal it.. The interviewer will also fill out a questionnaire about his or her impressions of the interview.

3.. YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY WILL BE PROTECTED. Your name will not be on your questionnaire and your answers will not be shown to the person who interviewed you unless you check off the place on the questionnaire saying the answers can be shown. Both your questionnaire and the interviewer's will have a code number on it that matches your name and the name of the interviewer, but the sheet matching your name and code will be kept in confidential and secure location.
