The Center for Law, Health & Society is currently seeking nominations for the both the annual Health Law Award and American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics (ASLME) Award which will be presented at Honors Day at the College of Law.

The Center oversees the health law program at Georgia State University's College of Law. Our program is ranked among the top ten health law programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.

New Faculty Positions under GSU's Second Century Initiative


The College of Law has three tenure-track law faculty openings under a new University interdisciplinary research initiative: two positions in health law disciplines (one with a research focus on health business regulation, and one with a research focus on health equity and remedying health disparities) and a third position in intellectual property law (with a research focus on biotechnology, the life and health sciences, and entrepreneurship).
